Our authenic World War Two airfield has been used for period production for TV and literature. Wickenby is one of very few original WW2 airfields with all it's original runways still in tact. We regularly host corporate team building days where food and fun is combined with gift flights provided by the resident flying school.

Wickenby Aerodrome has a wide variety of opportunities available for private pilots, professionals, businesses and for programme makers. With large WW2 hangars and acres of land on an original WW2 airfield, there are no other commercially operated Licenced Airfields in these parts to equal us.
Wickenby Airfield already hosts a number of successful aviation companies and is becoming one of the UK's premiere sports airfields with Britiain's No.1 aerobatic pilot Gerald Cooper regularly practising for world competitions around the airfield.
